Add integration with Cloudfunnels

Cloud Funnels offers great marketing and sales support services. Unfortunately, Acumbamail does not have an API to sync subscribers' lists to its CRM. This omission is like going through hell in managing marketing activities. For example, on Cloudfunnels Apps Market, you can see many of Acumbamail's competitors integration Apps but there is none from Acumbamail. Not even on Wordpress the last time I checked and I think there is an urgent need to have one.
